**Responsibilities**:
- Perform operations to ensure proper bonding of glass components
- Unpack and match aluminum kits from WA with glass products
- Liaise with the management team to coordinate tasks and communicate updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets regarding scheduled jobs and related information
- Uphold Jeldwen standards by ensuring the factory is well-maintained and organized
- Gain experience and proficiency in handling simple services, such as replacing handles, locks, and damaged lap seals
- Assist with site measures and provide support to installers during the installation of oversized glass jobs
- Work towards the goal of independently completing window installations
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience or knowledge in building or window industry is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in an unsupervised setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
