In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with our Dealer Principals and Sales Teams, coach and influence performance outcomes, and support the growth of Nissan’s Retail and Wholesale Finance business across Australia. About the Role As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and growing relationships across an assigned portfolio of dealerships Driving retail finance, wholesale funding and insurance performance Supporting dealers to meet targets through coaching, training, and business planning Providing insights, reports, and market intelligence to maximise dealer performance Ensuring compliance with NFS policies, processes, and risk guidelines Acting as a trusted advisor to the dealer network and internal stakeholders This role is central to helping Nissan Financial Services deliver experiences that Defy Ordinary, aligning with Nissan Financial Services belief in taking on challenges with a positive mentality and always being customer focused. What You Will Bring We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in automotive finance, dealer operations, lending, or similar commercial environments Builds strong relationships with ease, both in-person and remotely with internal and external stakeholders Commercially minded, with strong planning, negotiation and influencing skills Thrives in a fast-moving environment and adapts quickly to industry changes Has strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capability Lives the Nissan “CAN DO” values and champions a customer-first mindset Competencies such as Business Insight, Customer Focus, Plans & Aligns, Drives Results, and Balances Stakeholders from the competency framework are key to success in this role.
