**We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team.**
**This is a Full-time role.**
**Below are some tasks and responsibilities involved**:
- developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- ensuring operational efficiency
- providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment
- managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
- planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure quality and maintenance of vehicles, and modify and improve services provided
- liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations
**Experience Requirements**:
- 2 years customer service management
- 1 years car rental industry experience
- Multilingual (English mandatory)
- Knowledgeable with computer work and software
- Keep up to date with modern industry technology
