The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is part of the Department of Education and oversees Victoria's significant school building program. The VSBA delivers on three key priorities: to build and expand the schools and early childhood services Victoria needs for its rapidly growing population; to reform how we maintain and modernise school buildings and grounds; to engage local communities, giving them more say and keeping them better informed about new schools and major upgrades. Your role 
Reporting to the Executive Director Project Delivery, the Director Project Delivery is responsible for leading key projects within the Department's educational infrastructure program. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for fulfilling significant duties including: acting as a visible leader in Government infrastructure delivery cultivating robust relationships with delivery partners, key stakeholders on sites, Councils and other government agencies, and internal stakeholders creating a culture of customer service and stakeholder management leadership of multiple teams that implement capital works projects on school sites implementing projects within time and budget parameters to meet stakeholder expectations This is a 3-year role with a salary range of $188,297 - $256,088, offering impactful and challenging work. Key to your success in this role will be your: track record of achievement in leading the project management of infrastructure projects gained through capital projects, contract management, government procurement and leadership, engineering, architecture or other relevant fields exemplary team leadership with demonstrated experience driving a values-based and positive culture of excellence and collaboration demonstrated financial management, governance, and risk management skills demonstrated business and commercial acumen outstanding customer and stakeholder management skills Please refer to the Position Description for more information on the required capabilities and qualifications.
