You'll cultivate a product-led setting with a foundation of Product Management principles to drive systematic problem-solving and delivery across teams.
You will lead cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative, scalable products that optimize the eCommerce experience, drive innovation, and support sustained growth.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Provide input to strategic goals, guide roadmap planning for the Platform squad, identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth timelines.Leadership & Collaboration: Act as a Product leader and mentor; align stakeholders from engineering to business teams on goals and execution.Execution & Delivery: Lead initiatives from concept to deployment, using data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement; deliver robust, scalable solutions.What you'll be likeYou're an Expert who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and focuses on quality.
