We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our vibrant service in High Wycombe
About the Role
As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and overall success of our OSHC service. This role combines leadership, administration, and relationship-building in a fun and rewarding environment.
You will lead a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality programs that inspire, educate, and engage children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of an OSHC service
- Support, mentor, and inspire a team of educators
- Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate programs
- Build strong relationships with families, schools, and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets, and service administration
About you
You're a confident and capable leader with a passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism, and care to everything you do.
You'll Have
- A valid Western Australian Working With Children Check
- Proven leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings
- Proven leadership experience working in an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or long day care setting (highly desired)
- A relevant qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (highly desired)
- A valid National Coordinated Criminal History Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and My Time, Our Place framework
- Rights to work in Australia
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A fun, vibrant personality with a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for working with children
Current: Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
- Food Safety Certificate
- Mandatory Child Protection Training
- A valid National Coordinated Criminal History Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
Most certifications can be obtained after hiring, providing flexibility for suitable candidates
