About the Role
You'll be involved in maintaining a wide range of gardens and green spaces across multiple sites. The role is hands-on, varied, and quality-focused.
Duties include:
* Lawn mowing, edging, and whipper snipping
* Hedging, pruning, weeding, and mulching
* General garden and grounds maintenance
* Maintaining clean, safe, and professional worksites
* Representing the business professionally with clients and stakeholders

About You
This role will suit someone who:
* Takes pride in their workmanship and pays attention to detail
* Is physically fit and genuinely enjoys working outdoors
* Is seeking full-time, stable employment with consistent hours
* Wants to continue developing their gardening skills
* Has good communication skills and a respectful, positive attitude
* Is able to drive a ute with trailer confidently (essential)
* Can work independently and as part of a small, growing team
Previous gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred, but attitude and reliability are just as important.
