Our Drilling and Completion Fluids business provides intelligent, connected technologies to support, monitor and control drilling processes. We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Being under general supervision conduct routine laboratory tests, including the necessary checks and operations of equipment required in the laboratory.
- Working and reviewing for accuracy and overall adequacy.
- Providing records of such equipment and others to the customer representative at the customer site.
- Carrying out all required action safely and as described in the standard operations manual.
- Performing other related duties and handles special projects, as assigned.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have High School or Diploma in Chemical field or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 - 5 years' experience in chemical laboratory testing
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills in English.
- Be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show basic to intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites or offices/facilities.
