Technical Support Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our organization. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hardware and Application Configuration
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
* Offering support via various channels to identify and resolve technical issues
* Troubleshooting system/network problems and diagnosing hardware/software faults
* Supporting the rollout of new applications, security configurations, and updates
* Setting up new user accounts and profiles and deactivating offboarded users
* Managing the service desk inbox and prioritizing tickets according to urgency
* Upgrading devices and replacing parts as required
* Responding to enquiries and technical issues within predetermined timelines
* Providing on-site support at regional and interstate offices (may involve overnight travel)
About You
* A relevant tertiary qualification in IT or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
* Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Endpoint, Intune, Autopilot, and IT ServiceDesk Management (Zendesk)
