What you'll be doing
This full-time position is located in our Castle Hill, NSW showroom, where you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, delivering tailored sales solutions, and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.
* Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sales recommendations
* Demonstrate and test drive vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities
* Process sales transactions, including negotiating prices, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience
* Maintain detailed knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
* Provide exceptional post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or luxury retail industries
* At least one year of experience in the automotive industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
* Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
* Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles
* Works very well independently and as a part of a team.
