Job Description
* Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
* Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
* Embrace the service culture of Butler service.
* Provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
* Work cohesively as a team member.
* Report to the supervisor during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
* Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
* Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
* Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
* Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
* Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
* Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
* Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests' arriving.
* Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Club Millesime Manager and designated Club Millesime leaders.
Qualifications
* Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience within a similar role.
* Strong communication skills.
* Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.
* Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
