About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Project Lead responsible for developing and delivering infrastructure project opportunities. You will assess project feasibility, considering economic, social, environmental, and aesthetic impacts, and oversee project delivery following our established methodologies.
You will provide specialist advice on project feasibility studies, market-led proposals, approval processes, and commercial transaction shaping.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Facilitating and managing stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, community, and businesses.
2. Leading strategic decision-making across project lifecycles and ensuring projects adhere to management frameworks.
3. Managing consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and value.
4. Developing transaction options, including partnerships with government and private projects.
5. Considering all aspects of transactions and projects, such as land use, planning, design, economic outcomes, funding, and governance.
6. Negotiating commercial terms with proponents.
7. Monitoring progress, producing reports, and making recommendations within set timeframes.
8. Providing expert advice to senior management on complex projects, including risk management and external consultant oversight.

About you
You are a self-starter with motivation and experience in similar roles. You can lead projects across their lifecycle, manage transactions, and conduct business case assessments aligned with regulatory requirements.
You hold tertiary qualifications in fields such as urban planning, science, engineering, construction management, architecture, or property economics, and a diploma in project management or equivalent experience.
