Conference & Events Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Conference and Events Coordinator to facilitate exceptional service standards and deliver accurate events bookings.
* Build strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and respond to meeting & events enquiries, upselling opportunities to maximize sales and occupancy.
* Audit all client enquiries in the system, compiling detailed function sheets and regular reports for the Operations Team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience in groups, meetings and events coordination within a hospitality environment.
* A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and engagement.
* The ability to proactively prevent problems and handle service recovery following any complaints.
* Strong administrative and time-management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
* An ability to work as part of a fast-paced and motivated team.
