The Site Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety regulations are met, maintaining project documentation, and resolving any issues that arise on-site.
The Site Manager will also be responsible for liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.QualificationsProject Management and Construction Management skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and construction codesAbility to coordinate with subcontractors and manage a teamExperience with project documentation and reportingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesRelevant certifications or qualifications in Construction Management or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
