Business Development Manager
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to lead the growth of our property management portfolio. In this key role, you'll be responsible for securing new landlord clients, converting leads into signed management agreements, and establishing long-term relationships within the industry.
About the Job
* Sourcing new business through strategic prospecting, networking, canvassing, advertising, and delivering compelling presentations.
* Driving new business through lead generation and pipeline management.
* Establishing partnerships with Sales Agents to convert investor buyers and attend open homes and auctions to identify potential landlord clients.
Responsibilities
1. Actively seeking new property management clients through calls, emails, door knocking, networking, referrals, and social media engagement.
2. Building relationships with prospective landlords, delivering rental appraisals and presentations, and securing new management agreements.
3. Developing, nurturing, and tracking a strong lead pipeline using follow-ups, targeted campaigns, and CRM / database systems.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property management.
* Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not required.
* Demonstrated success in lead conversion, prospecting and nurture long-term relationships.
