We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Community Rapid Response Service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical leadership and mentoring of other nurses
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative community framework, focusing on chronic care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. They will also be responsible for managing the workload of the service and contributing to its continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree-qualified registered nurse with current registration with AHPRA;
In addition to your qualifications, you should have significant experience in primary health care, preferably as a nurse practitioner or specialist-level registered nurse. You must demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal; possess excellent clinical judgment; have effective time management skills; enjoy working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
