The Role
As a Spotlight Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Supervise a team of up to 4+ stock team members.Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner.Manage stock receiving processSupport the Store Manager with your stock experience and expertise.Adhere to OH & S policies & procedures.Provide high level of customer service to our customers
The Ideal Candidate
High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is requiredExperience with supervising a small teamA passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goalsStrong time management, delegation and follow up skillsExperience within warehousing environments is also highly desired for this roleFull time availabilityFull working rights within Australia
