About the Role
* Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional support to customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Quote/Order Processing: Process quotes and fulfill customer orders using our eCommerce and customer service systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
* Warranty & Returns Support: Handle warranty and returns requests with courtesy and professionalism, providing clear explanations and effective resolutions.
* Supplier Liaison: Work closely with suppliers to ensure excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships and communicating effectively on behalf of the business.
* Ad Hoc General Admin: Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the customer service department.
