**About the role**
This growth role will entail leading and coaching a small sales team across ANZ with the aim of bringing strategic direction to foster growth opportunities within the business.
Reporting directly into the CEO, you will have ultimate responsibility over sales targets for the Australia & New Zealand (and the US in near future), work with the Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and play a key leadership role across the broader organisation. Your time will be spread between the offices across ANZ & in-field with your team, head office and the US.
**Duties**
- Lead and mentor a national team, with likely International remit thereafter
- Drive sales growth through your team, with a hands-on approach
- Hold high-level relationships with the key customers
- Develop strategies to generate growth across each state
- Work closely with senior leadership team
- Take ultimate accountability for sales budget for the business
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven sales leadership experience ideally managing national teams
- Understanding of services-based industries is a bonus, although not essential
- Ability to implement new strategies through your sales team & see them through
- Track record of leading a team who has delivered revenue growth
- Enjoy being hands-on with your team and spending time in the field
- Ability to travel regularly across ANZ and to the US on occasion
