We're forward-thinking and boundary-pushing.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, reach out to, and engage potential customers through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, creative hustle)Manage and nurture a growing pipeline in our CRM, keeping activity and deal data up to dateContribute to the development of sales playbooks, objection handling, and outbound scriptsCollaborate with product and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer happinessHit (and help define) early revenue and conversion targets, with a focus on learning and improving fastRoll up your sleeves and contribute wherever neededQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally with at least some of that in a startup environmentProven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound, not just work warm leadsStrong communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences and think on their feetYou're curious and coachable, with a growth mindset and a willingness to test, fail, and improve fastSelf-motivated and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to doA team player - you share what you learn, lift others up, and want to build something great togetherHustle, grit, and a bias for actionThis job may not be for you if:You're a senior salesperson with over 10years' experienceYou're looking for a highly structured environment with lots of formal processes already in placeYou prefer warm leads over outbound hustle and creative prospectingYou need layers of support before taking actionYou're uncomfortable with ambiguity or fast-changing prioritiesYou want to sell a mature product in an established marketYou're not excited by the idea of helping build the sales playbook from scratchStill interested?
