Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
* Promote the current product portfolio and support the rollout of new or value-added solutions.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact (in-person, phone, and email).
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong technical and commercial support.
* Travel as needed to engage with clients and support national business development.
* Provide regular reports on customer interactions, market trends, and account performance.

About You – Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Science or Chemistry (essential); candidates with strong technical knowledge are highly regarded.
* Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive commercial success.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
* Willing and able to travel locally and nationally as needed.
