Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage and support our financial activities across multiple entities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information, managing financial reporting, and supporting key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter daily sales data from various software systems into our accounting platform
* Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, resolving any related queries
* Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes for multiple entities
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Handle office administration tasks, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
* Conduct daily banking activities
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
* Ability to time manage, meet deadlines across multiple entities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in accounting
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
* Proficiency with accounting software - must have experience
* Computer skills with experience in MS Excel and MS Outlook
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
