Main Responsibilities
* Manage sales orders by verifying customer delivery requirements and updating dispatch and delivery dates based on inbound shipment ETAs and changes.
* Communicate with customers through timely updates on supply confirmations and import updates.
* Process payments for order balances, deliveries, and storage charges.
