Ventia has been awarded the N2P ACT contract with NBN Co, and we're looking for Site Engineers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major telecommunications rollout, supporting the delivery of high-quality fibre infrastructure across the ACT region.

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in managing operations from design through to construction and completion. You'll work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of works.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations for NBN network builds
* Validate existing pit and pipe networks and propose new installations where required
* Monitor subcontractor works and ensure compliance with standards
* Approve claims and validate work completed
* Manage assurance activities including audits and inspections
* Coordinate updates with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Degree or Diploma in Engineering
* Experience in telecommunications or civil construction projects
* Knowledge of FTTX networks and NBN standards is highly regarded
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and monitor quality
* Familiarity with safety processes and environmental compliance
