Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to lead and grow our dedicated retail portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBP's) with retailers to drive long-term partnerships.
* Budget management by focusing on a strong base business and well-structured opportunities.
* Develop and execute retail activation plans to enhance promotional ROI in line with commercial objectives.
* Own the end-to-end execution of category review process to achieve best outcomes for RPF and the customer.
Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience in FMCG with knowledge of category and revenue growth management fundamentals.
* Strong commercial acumen, data analysis skills, and ability to make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to challenge and influence cross-functional stakeholders and motivate team members.
