Sales and Leasing Associate – Commercial Real Estate
Join a boutique commercial real‐estate agency on the Gold Coast. Are you confident on the phone, great with people, and looking to build a career in commercial real estate? We're seeking a motivated and personable Sales and Leasing Associate to support our busy commercial sales and leasing team.
About the Role
No two days are the same. This fast‐paced, people‐focused position will involve a significant amount of time on the phone building relationships, following up enquiries and assisting with active campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Respond to and handle buyer and tenant enquiries
* Prospect and build relationships with property owners and businesses
* Conduct follow‐up calls and manage the database
* Support lead agents with sales and leasing campaigns
* Coordinate inspections, meetings, photographers and client appointments
* Assist clients through the sales or leasing process
* Prepare marketing materials and conduct door‐knocking campaigns
* Maintain accurate records and client information; conduct market research and analysis
* Assist with negotiations and transaction management
* Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and can build rapport quickly. Whether you are starting your real‐estate career or already have experience in sales, customer service, property, hospitality or business development, you could be a fit.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Willingness to engage in high‐volume calling to create leads and drive business opportunities
* Confidence speaking with people over the phone and in person
* Strong administrative and technology skills, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets and CRM systems, with a strong attention to detail
* Strong relationship‐building ability
* A proactive, ambitious, driven and positive attitude
* Great organisational and time‐management skills
* The ability to handle objections and negotiate professionally
* A genuine interest in property and business
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
