Help lead the shift in youth mental health care; fresh, collaborative, and youth-centered.
Voix Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated psychologist to join our new, light-filled space in South Perth. We support young people aged 12–24 with thoughtful, holistic care that honours individuality, identity, and real-life challenges. Our model blends clinical excellence with a deep understanding of youth culture and what it means to "find your voice" in today's world.
We're building a team that brings both heart and skill to their work. Professionals who care deeply about young people, who collaborate well, and who are excited to contribute to something meaningful.
About Us:
Voix Clinic is a welcoming, inclusive and youth-focused mental health service supporting young people and their families across a wide range of presentations. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists and ADHD and life coaches, working together to provide integrated, wrap-around care.
We partner with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities, embrace neurodiversity, and focus on helping each young person build resilience, confidence and real-world capacity.
What Makes Voix Different?
* Strengths-Based, Capability-Focused Care – Our approach looks beyond symptom reduction to build capacity, confidence and real-world skills. We focus on each young person's strengths, identity and developmental potential alongside therapeutic goals.
* Clinical Support – Work alongside in-house psychiatrists, OTs and coaches with access to peer collaboration, leadership support and shared care planning.
* Youth-Informed, Evidence-Based Care – Our work is grounded in best-practice psychology and a genuine understanding of the adolescent and young adult experience.
* Innovation Without Compromise – We thoughtfully integrate digital tools and blended care where helpful, without sacrificing clinical integrity.
* True Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Be part of a team that genuinely works together, not in silos.
Your Role:
* Undertake Clinical Work: Support neurodivergent youth in managing educational, social, and daily living challenges.
* Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Coaches to provide holistic care.
* Facilitate skills-based group programs: Deliver engaging group programs that build functional skills, emotional regulation, social connection and confidence.
* Engage with immersive technologies: Incorporate innovative modalities such as VR-assisted therapy as part of a blended model of care (training and support provided).
What We Offer:
* Freedom & Clinical Autonomy: Choice over your schedule, client mix, therapeutic interests and pace of work, within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
* Career & Professional Growth: Access to mentoring, CPD and tailored development pathways to support your career goals. Opportunities to contribute to program development, innovation projects, supervision, training and leadership if this aligns with your interests.
* Beautiful, Purpose-Built Clinic Space
Work from a brand-new, light-filled clinic in South Perth designed specifically for young people and the clinicians who support them.
* Experienced Admin & Intake Support
Our dedicated admin and intake team manage referrals, client coordination and logistics, so you can stay focused on doing meaningful clinical work.
* Values-Driven, Supportive Team Culture
You'll join a collaborative, warm and highly skilled team that values connection, reflection, laughter and learning.
What We're Looking For:
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (Mental Health Endorsement desirable or a strong interest in working toward endorsement).
* Demonstrated experience in youth mental health, with a genuine passion for supporting adolescents and young adults.
* Enthusiasm for playful, flexible and creative therapeutic engagement and interest in harnessing the benefits of evidence-based blended care.
* Experience in undertaking functional capacity assessments and other neurodevelopmental assessments (i.e. ADOS), desirable but not essential.
As we expand, we're looking for someone who shares our vision of blending evidence-based practice with fresh approaches to youth mental health. If this sounds like you, email your resume and a cover letter telling us what makes you a great fit to Vanessa at
We look forward to welcoming you to the team
