About the Job
1. You'll deliver holistic ER advice that balances legal, cultural, and wellbeing considerations.
2. Lead EA negotiations with consideration of psychosocial hazards.
3. Represent the organization in Fair Work Commission proceedings and other tribunals.
4. You'll steer People & Culture teams through case management and foster positive workplace relationships.
