Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies;
* Develop and implement effective compliance strategies;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of compliance plans;
* Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field such as community services or youth work;
* Proven experience in working in the Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) sector;
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality;

Other Requirements
In addition to the above requirements, you must also:
* Hold a current Australian driver's license;
* Have an NDIS worker screening check or be willing to obtain one before commencing this role;
* Be 18 years of age or older;
* Be willing to undergo a National Police Check prior to commencing in the role if you are the successful candidate;
