Mastergroup (home of Agrimaster) is a software development company that has been operating for nearly 40 years, specialising in farm financial software, specifically for the Australian Agricultural sector. Agrimaster is used by farm businesses and professional partners in all states of Australia, with a large market share of 80% of farmers in WA.
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Officer to join our team to increase our customer base and ensure all new customers and Professional Partners have an incredible purchase and onboarding experience with Agrimaster.
**Duties will also include but are not limited to**:
- Process all sales in an efficient and accurate manner
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into sales
- Confidently make outbound cold calls and pursue prospects
- Deliver high-level product demonstrations and presentations
- Maintain constant contact with Partners
- Drive ideas to sales/marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Proactively work with other departments to solve customer queries
- Maintain and update the CRM for sales and reporting, ensuring accurate data entry
- Engage with customers face-to-face as required
- Professionally represent the company at Agricultural industry events
**To be successful in this role, you will**:
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and has the confidence to make cold calls
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service & relationship building
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with many competing demands and challenges
- Ability to learn quickly and understand technical information

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
