Job Description
This role will be responsible for managing the permit-to-work procedure and ensuring compliance across the project.
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
* Completing and maintaining permit workflows in accordance with company procedures.
* Ensuring the Permit to Work procedure meets the relevant safety KPI's in accordance with project objectives.
* Coordinating with engineers, and project managers to coordinate the preparation and submission of permits.
* Receiving and processing permit applications.
* Receiving all supporting permit documentation from permit requestors applications including required drawings, information and Asset owners work Authorisations/Permits.
* Conduct site walks with the requesting engineer and the work Supervisor prior to issuing permits.
* Maintaining the Permit register and Records management.
* Attend the zone coordination meeting to discuss and manage SIMOPS issues.
* Preparing information required for monthly reports on building and construction activities.
