**The Opportunity**
As a Product Manager - Corporate at Bupa, you'll be at the heart of shaping our health insurance offerings for corporate clients, making a real impact on the experience we provide to our valued partners and their employees. Working closely with our International and Corporate Partnerships (ICP) Strategy, GTM and Sales team, you'll lead the development of customer-centric health insurance products designed to meet the needs of Australia's top employers. In this pivotal role, you'll take full ownership of product offerings, from strategy to delivery, ensuring they align with Bupa's mission to help our customers live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
Reporting to the Corporate Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne or Sydney office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
**How will you make an impact?**
As the champion for our corporate health customers, you'll create and refine product offerings that make Bupa the go-to choice for corporate health insurance. Your expertise in product design, benefit levels, and pricing will directly support Bupa's growth by delivering compelling, customer-oriented health insurance solutions. In this role, you will drive both product strategy and end-to-end customer experience, bringing fresh ideas to life and adding tangible value for our clients.
**You will add value by**:
- Collaborate with the Corporate CVP Manager to design and execute a customer-focused product strategy aimed at acquiring and retaining key customer segments.
- Manage and negotiate with brokers, key corporate clients, and alliance partners to create valuable product offerings.
- Serve as the customer advocate, leading all aspects of product design, benefits, coverage, and pricing to deliver exceptional corporate client experiences.
- Strategically manage the Customer Value Delivery Program, overseeing product changes, rate adjustments, policy updates, and training to ensure alignment with Bupa's values.
- Drive the development of new health insurance offerings to boost new business, increase profitability, and safeguard gross margins.
- Lead product innovation, exploring opportunities for product extensions, value-added features, and unique product bundles.
- Conduct market assessments to evaluate product performance, pricing, and competitor analysis, and develop responsive strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Passionate about creating meaningful health insurance solutions, you're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships. With a keen eye for strategy and detail, you'll drive our corporate product offerings to new heights.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products, with experience within the health insurance industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build and maintain relationships across various teams and external partners.
- Proactive approach with a passion for customer-focused solutions that stand out in the market.
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies up to director level
