As we continue to expand our national footprint and strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations manager to oversee operations, drive performance, and support our people across. What We're Looking For A confident, proactive leader with strong experience in construction, insurance repairs, or project delivery. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage complex operations with ease, and bring people together to achieve outstanding results. The Role Lead, inspire and coach the team to ensure the continual growth of the business. Overall accountability of delivering exceptional customer service outcomes. Develop an integrated team of resources, both external and internal. Demonstrate the highest levels of Drive and Energy. Actively solve problems and look for solutions. Preparation and presentation of all necessary documentation for monthly meetings. Be relentless in your commitment to Sales and Business Development. Ensure all company W/OH&S policies are followed at all times. Monitor progress claims to ensure we are capturing costs in a timely manner. Monthly KPI Budgets set for every member of the team. About You Strong leader with strong interpersonal skills Provide direction and assistance in the development and implementation of strategies Make our key insurance accounts number one and develop new business. Ensure the company cultures are thriving, Be forward thinking and able to make informed decisions quickly. Be uncompromising and committed to this challenge. Work thoughtfully with Shared Services to communicate critical requirements. Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines. Must be able to work under challenging circumstances. Key Selection Criteria: Experiences in Business Leadership and Management Background in Insurance industry is desirable The ability to source and develop new business opportunities Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management preferred, however not essential Experience and demonstrated understanding of OHS practices, legislation and regulations. Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Valid Australian Driver's License Extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Be able to provide examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Please note: You will be required to undergo a medical and police check as part of the recruitment process.
