Adelaide Sure Fix is growing, and we need an Administration Assistant who can support our owners and the operations team, keep systems up to date and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-focused and keen to learn. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need the right attitude.

About the Role
This is a hands‐on admin role supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the business.
You'll be working closely with the General Manager and wider team to keep jobs moving, systems updated and communication flowing.
Responsibilities
* Supporting job scheduling and coordination when required
* Assisting with data entry, job updates and system accuracy
* Managing emails, calls and general admin tasks
* Supporting invoicing, payroll assistance and basic accounts (Xero)
* Following up leads and helping keep the pipeline organised
* Assisting with CRM and system updates
* General office organisation and upkeep
* Supporting the team wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Experience with the below is highly regarded:
Previous experience in office administration or office coordination is a bonus, especially if you've been responsible for keeping an office running smoothly (not managing people, just managing the chaos).
