Overview:
Envision Financial are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. This role is for someone who knows what they're doing and the top salary on offer reflects this. A strong understanding of superannuation and pension structures is essential, along with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and providers effectively. The preferred candidate will have solid experience in financial planning administration. You will also be experienced in placing trades and using XPLAN software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up superannuation and pension funds, SMSFs, and wrap accounts. This includes following up providers to ensure that actions have been completed.
* Process investments and withdrawals as requested by our clients.
* Place investment trades on behalf of clients.
* Utilise XPLAN software for administrative tasks.
* Provide responses to client information requests.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with financial planning requirements.
* Continuously improve administrative processes for efficiency.
* There may also be additional requests as directed by the principal financial planner, relating to our client's needs.
About You:
* Understand the processes for setting up Superannuation, Pension, SMSFs, and Investment applications including investment of clients' funds.
* Organisational Skills: Proficiency in tracking activity, managing multiple administration tasks and maintaining records.
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in X-Plan, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Additional experience in Wealth Solver will be highly regarded.
* Proficiency in placing trades for clients
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and compliance with regulations
* Customer Service: Providing excellent service to clients and addressing their needs promptly and correctly.
* Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle various responsibilities
* Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
* Team Collaboration: Working well within a team and contributing to a positive work environment
* Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle changing priorities and tasks
