We are looking for a marketing all-rounder who lives for the mix and knows how to put AI to work.
One day you're cutting a video, the next you're building a landing page, spinning up an automation, sketching an ad concept, or refining social copy, often with Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever tool gets the job done faster and better. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to try next. You see a gap and fill it.
We're a fast-moving in-house marketing team that gets our hands dirty across the full stack, creative, content, web, video, paid ads, CRM, automation and we use AI as a core part of how we work. We're looking for someone wired the same way.
The Role
This is a true generalist seat. You'll float across every lane of marketing: producing, making, testing, shipping and own projects end to end rather than handing things off at every step.
AI is a lever across all of it: it should make you faster, sharper, and more ambitious, not replace the craft.
In a given week you might:
* Shoot and edit a short-form video for social or an internal training module
* Design a flyer, ad creative, or sales collateral in Canva, Figma, or the Adobe suite
* Build or update pages on our website and landing pages for campaigns, using Claude or similar to help scaffold copy, HTML, or components
* Write ad copy and social captions that sound like humans, not corporate wallpaper (AI drafts are a starting point, not the finish line)
* Set up automations in Zapier, Make, or similar, hooking up forms, CRM, SMS, email, and increasingly AI-powered steps
* Help run paid campaigns across Meta and Google, then dig into the numbers afterwards
* Jump on whatever the team needs, because that's how small marketing teams win
What You'll Bring
We're not looking for a specialist in one lane, we're looking for someone with fingers in all of them. You don't need to be the world's best at any one discipline, but you need to be genuinely capable across most of this list and hungry to level up the rest:
* Video — shooting, editing, cutting for different platforms
* Graphic design — ad creative, collateral, social tiles, basic brand consistency
* Social content — writing, planning, publishing, responding
* Web — comfortable in a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or similar), happy to get into some HTML/CSS if needed
* Paid advertising — at least a working understanding of Meta and Google Ads
* Automation — Zapier, Make, or similar no-code tools; bonus if you've touched a CRM
* Copywriting — punchy, clear, conversational; no corporate jargon
* AI fluency — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, or similar in your day to day work. You know how to prompt properly, when to trust the output and when to push back, and you're always testing what's new. If AI isn't already part of how you work, this probably isn't the seat for you.
Who You Are
This is the part that matters most. Skills can be taught, wiring can't.
* You love being challenged. A stretch task is fuel, not a threat.
* You're not afraid to try something new, test an idea, or be wrong in public occasionally.
* You're creative and a problem-solver, you'd rather build a scrappy v1 than spend a month planning v10.
* You want to sink your teeth into everything, the design, the video, the social post, the Zap, the weird one-off project no one's done before.
* You treat AI like a sharp junior teammate, useful, fast, worth directing well, but never the final word. Taste, judgement, and craft still sit with you.
* You constantly adapt and grow. You read, watch, lurk in communities, mess around with new tools on weekends.
* You're a team player who doesn't hide behind a job title. If something needs doing, you're in.
* You ship. Done and out in the world beats perfect and stuck in drafts.
Nice to Have (Not Deal-Breakers)
* Experience in a regulated or compliance-aware industry
* CRM exposure (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar)
* Experience with direct response / performance marketing
* Experience building with AI beyond chat, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, AI-powered automations, agentic workflows, or similar
* A portfolio or reel, even a scrappy one showing work across a few disciplines
What You'll Get
* A team that actually backs your ideas and lets you run with them
* Real ownership of projects, not just executing someone else's brief
* A genuine breadth of work, you'll build a portfolio most agencies can't offer
* A workplace where AI tools are encouraged, funded, and part of the culture
* Direct mentorship and exposure to leadership
* A supportive culture (we take our work seriously, not ourselves) and great workplace incentives
How to Apply
Send through your CV and, more importantly, anything that shows what you've actually made. Videos, designs, ads, sites, automations, scrappy side projects, AI experiments gone right (or weird), whatever.
We care about what you can do, not what you've listed.
If you read this and thought \"that's me\" apply. We'd love to meet you.
