Join us to lead integrated mental health care across Pilbara! In this vital role, you will deliver trauma‐aware, person‐centred mental health support for people aged 16+ via the IPMHC program. Based in Karratha and supporting diverse regional communities, you'll provide culturally safe care through solid partnerships with GPs, allied health, and community services. You will guide clinical teams, coordinate comprehensive care pathways, and champion best practices to ensure high‐quality, inclusive outcomes. This leadership role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and community engagement, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference every day through innovative, compassionate care.

This is a full‐time (37.5 hrs per week) permanent position and includes adaptable and family‐friendly options. This role is based in Karratha.
Skills and Experiences
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant clinical discipline such as nursing, psychology, social work
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or current full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting people with complex mental health issues, including conducting assessments, safety planning, and managing care coordination.
- Strong abilities in leading clinical assessments and crafting tailored care plans.
- Experience in overseeing multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with community health and service partners.
- Prior leadership experience in clinical governance, quality assurance, and supervising staff is highly desirable.
- Show flexibility to work in regional or remote environments, with a solid commitment to cultural sensitivity, equity, and inclusion.
The successful candidate must possess a current WA Working with Children Check and a WA Driver's License. Additionally, the role requires a current (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance. Please note a police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us. Remuneration And Benefits
- Salary starting from $129,279 per annum (inclusive of 10% remote localities allowance) + 12% super
- Tax‐free salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum
- Rent subsidy up to $350 per week and electricity allowance up to $1,000 per annum available (eligibility criteria apply)
- Additional 8 days of annual leave per year
- Access to purchase leave
