UBEECO Packaging Solutions is the leader in its specialised sector of industrial packaging goods and services with a strong focus on both standard and customised timber products. As a result of continued growth and expansion, we are seeking the services of a Production Administration Assistant
As a member of the Production Department this role is a full-time long-term opportunity for an energetic individual who has a passion for the Manufacturing industry, problem solving and working in a small, high performance team workplace.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages, communicates, and coordinates the movement of stock
- Maintain accurate records of materials, production logs, and equipment usage
- Communicate production updates and changes to relevant departments
- Preparation of production reports as requested to the Production Manager
- Provided administrative support to the Production Team
- Work closely with our customer service and sales departments, ensuring clear communication and high standards of service.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in Production, Logistics and/or Transport
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive to intermediate computer skills and Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Good time management
- Current driver licence and own transportation
- Reliability
- High attention to detail a keen eye for error
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Epicor an advantage.
