PTG encompasses a portfolio of premium tourism brands including Rottnest Fast Ferries, Pinnacles Coachlines, Australian Pinnacle Tours, Explore Tours Perth, Quokka Coaches, Whale Watching Perth, Integrity Coachlines, and Lancelin 4x4 Adventures.The Role:Based at our Barrack Street Jetty location, you will be a key member of the Reservations Team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional service, assist with bookings, and promote experiences that create lasting memories.
ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers.Handle enquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in-person at Barrack Street Jetty.Accurately process bookings and issue tickets/travel documents using our reservation system.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Complete administrative tasks and data entry accurately.Support positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
About You / QualificationsWe are looking for someone who has:A genuine passion for customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.Strong computer literacy and ability to use booking systems.Previous experience in customer service or reservations (desirable, not essential).
