About the Role:
* Key responsibilities include leading onboarding programmes for new clients, configuration, workflow setup, and deployment, as well as running live and virtual training sessions for lawyers.
* The successful candidate will develop client-specific rollout plans that accommodate firm structures, practice areas, and case types.
Requirements:
* A qualified lawyer with litigation experience (minimum 2–4 years PQE preferred).
* Strong interest in AI, legal tech, and process improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with lawyers, practice group leaders, CIOs, and innovation teams.
