RTO Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient RTO administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake administration functions of the RTO, including data entry, file management, operational documentation, and student record management.
* Support training teams with systems and procedures.
* Administration of Student Management System (aXcelerate) and Learning Management System.
* Assist with submitting applications for RTO scope changes and other notifications via ASQAnet.
* Maintain RTO policies and procedures, including updates to the Student Handbook, to ensure compliance.
* Maintain the register of trainer and assessor qualifications, ensuring they meet the required currency and competency standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within an administration function of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
* Understanding of RTO Standards and legislations, including ASQA.
* Experienced with CRICOS, including PRISMS.
* Demonstrated computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Experience with preparing and managing digitised training materials.
* Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Excellent attention to detail within a compliance-driven environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
* Ability to adapt easily to systems and databases.
