Are you a passionate culinary professional seeking a challenging role in a high-energy environment? We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and provide support to our Head Chef.


About the Opportunity

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with the Head Chef to design menus and deliver high-quality dishes. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Culinary Excellence: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute remarkable dishes, maintaining consistency and quality in every plate.
2. Experiment with new ingredients and culinary techniques to keep the menu innovative and exciting.
3. Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and develop the kitchen team, ensuring high standards and efficient workflows. Lead by example, guiding the team to achieve exceptional culinary experiences.
4. Operations Management: Assist in managing kitchen resources, including stock control and maintenance of hygiene standards. Ensure efficient operation and address any issues promptly.
5. Customer Experience: Engage with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers. Address any customer feedback professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
6. Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with food safety standards and relevant policies. Train and support your team to meet compliance obligations.
