Sales Administrator / Receptionist

Stockdale & Leggo is seeking a highly organised and professional Sales Administrator / Receptionist to support our high-performing sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail and enjoys being the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Front desk reception and managing enquiries
• Processing new listings and sales administration
• Preparing contracts and compliance documentation
• Coordinating marketing campaigns (REA, Domain, social media)
• CRM data management (REX, Campaign Agent, Real Time Agent experience advantageous)
• General administrative support to Managment and sales team
About You:
· Previous real estate admin experience preferred
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· High attention to detail
· Professional presentation
· Agents Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
· Must have Australian work authorisation
