The Role
This role will be responsible for managing a team of SAP experts covering functional consultants, architects, BAs, and Developers alongside partners. It will further manage and maintain the full SAP system on Azure hyperscaler with some SaaS and PaaS as required. This role combines a deep understanding of SAP technologies with strong leadership to drive technical excellence and team performance. It will suit someone who has previously been deeply technical in the SAP space covering functional aspects, architecture, and project delivery alongside the BAU. The role will be ensuring SAP roadmaps are aligned with the Enterprise strategy. The successful person will have a very solid leadership and people management background and someone who can drive best practice.
What You Bring To The Role
The successful individual will bring to the role expertise managing high performing teams, proven ability maintaining highly available solution landscapes, and ensuring solutions are up to date and secure.
Demonstrated Expertise in:
* SAP S/4HANA System and Delivery Manager role with knowledge of SAP Application stack including Azure infrastructure, SAP BASIS, and SAP Line of Business solutions
* 10+ years experience working in SAP roles covering technical to architecture as well as projects and BAU
* Leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
* Strong SAP architecture and integration to 3rd party solutions
* Solid Leadership experience alongside people management
* IT Partner management
* Deeply analytical mindset
* Prior warehouse & supply chain management preferred
