Required Qualifications

* Dual Qualifications: Possess qualifications in general nursing and midwifery, showcasing ongoing learning and professional development.
* Relevant Experience: Bring prior working experience relevant to patient-centred care environments or specialities commensurate with level of seniority required.
* Life Support Skills: Maintain currency of life support skills applicable to patient-centred care environments or specialities.
* Antenatal and Postnatal Care: Provide comprehensive care and support to women during the antenatal and postnatal periods.
* Neonatal Care: Demonstrate experience in birth suites and special care nursery, caring for neonates from 32 weeks' gestation and above.
* Commitment to Quality Improvement: Demonstrate commitment to continued quality improvement and best practice principles.
