Our client is a successful Australian owned company based in Dandenong. As the face of our business, the Receptionist & Marketing Support position is a critical one in ensuring all stakeholders are met with a smooth, efficient and enjoyable experience.
We are seeking an outgoing, bubbly yet professional Receptionist & Marketing Support peson, who can deal with all those involved within our industry. From truck drivers to contractors, sales reps to senior management, you must be able to confidently and efficiently attend to all parties both in person and over the phone, showing the same level of professionalism.
As well as the day to day reception tasks, this role has been expanded to include a marketing element. This consists of assisting to create and maintain our digital presence. Social Media platforms, Website, Newsletters and Flyers are just the beginning, so a creative flair and or a passion for marketing will be pivotal in providing the best possible "digital" results!
To be successful in this Receptionist & Marketing Support role you will need:
A confident, clear and friendly phone manner;
Ability to liaise with all tiers of clients and staff;
Professional presentation incorporating a "business" dress code;
A desire to deliver superior customer service;
A creative flair or a keen interest in Marketing;
Strong work ethic and commitment to the team;
Solid computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office programs;
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal;
Strong time management and organisational skills;
Ability to work autonomously;
Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Hours are: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
