Marketing Coordinator Team Lead

You'll step into a leadership position within a dynamic marketing team responsible for the global brand representation of the Digga group of companies. This is your opportunity to shape how one of Australia's most respected machinery manufacturers is perceived across multiple continents. You'll balance hands‑on creative work with team leadership, managing projects and events as well as customer engagement. This isn't a purely administrative role—you'll be involved in strategic direction alongside the National Marketing Manager while continuing to contribute creative, high‑quality content that drives business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the National Marketing Manager to create, monitor, and drive the progress of marketing projects. Assign tasks, manage deadlines, remove roadblocks, and keep teams accountable to deliverables.
* Oversee the complete planning and execution of meetings, events, and industry tradeshows.
* Prepare editorials, case studies, testimonials, and blog articles for the Digga group companies and social media platforms.
* Contribute to the creation of integrated advertising campaigns across digital and print channels.
* Create and update professional marketing collateral including price books, brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets that reflect our brand standards.
* Manage various marketing fulfillment processes including direct mail campaigns, promotional packages, sales literature distribution, and marketing database systems.
* Work with relevant departments to implement marketing plans and projects in alignment with broader business needs, maintaining strong relationships across the organisation.
Essential Requirements
* Marketing, Advertising or Communications qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience in a related role.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing coordinator, junior marketing, or content creation role, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is essential.
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Ability to understand our products and translate technical specifications into compelling marketing messages.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support a team. You're confident, professional, and inspiring to work with—someone who elevates those around you.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain strong organisational systems.
* A reliable, highly motivated individual who can work independently without constant oversight and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and work ethic.

Although not essential, a background in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of earthmoving equipment, CMS platforms, photography/videography skills and social media marketing expertise would be highly regarded.
