About the Role
SCE Projects is seeking a Part time Projects Support Officer to join our team, to work in our office at Somersby. The successful applicant must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, have desire to grow and develop your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities
* Process daily works using AroFlo ERP software
* Process timesheets, create and process purchase orders, order parts, communicate with suppliers, manage calendars, organise freight, receive parts
* Manage invoicing, emails, and job documentation/compliances
We are looking for
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* General understanding of trades/building services
* Proficiency in AroFlo will be considered favourably
* Comfortable working with tradespeople and customers alike
* Positive attitude, team player, and a natural problem-solver
* Having a 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to liaise with other vendors & contractors when required
* Forklift licence would be considered favourably
