Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative and Chief Sales Officer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing and growing an existing portfolio of customers whilst also looking for business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base via phone and face-to-face visits.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer database through new accounts.
* Promote online ordering and current promotional campaigns.
* Utilize Sales-i CRM package and liaise with all team members to ensure smooth operation of the sales process.
* Attend networking functions outside office hours.
Personal Requirements and Key Competencies:
* Excellent telephone manner is essential.
* Proficient in computer skills including Excel, Word, Emails etc. and ability to learn ERP system.
* Strong ability to build relationships with new and existing clients.
* Good understanding of business to business (B2B) sales techniques.
* Experience in sales and customer service is required.
* Knowledge of office products is desirable.
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent presentation skills.
* Local knowledge is an advantage.
* Must have own car for weekly customer visits.
