As a Health and Safety Advisor, your expertise and leadership will be essential to:
- Design and deploy tailor-made safety plans, adapted to the specificities of each site.
- Conduct rigorous audits and inspections to ensure impeccable compliance with NSW regulations.
- Establish strong and collaborative links with all stakeholders, from project managers to subcontractors.
- Lead captivating training and impactful information sessions to raise awareness and empower everyone.
- Proactively investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement innovative preventive actions.
Your strengths for success:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an H&S; Advisor on new construction or civil engineering projects.
- All required certifications in hand (WHS, White Card, etc.).
- Perfect mastery of current laws and regulations in New South Wales.
- Exemplary autonomy and an ability to excel in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
- Excellent communication skills and inspiring leadership.
